location: fort lauderdale fl.
am studio was commissioned to re-imagine what a boutique urban condominium community can be. planted within a lushly landscaped park, the project exists at the intersection of the urban core and yet a natural, low-density enclave. we began with an intense study of the neighborhood context which led to the proposition of low-slung building designed to take maximum advantage of the park and adjacent waterfront. at only 8 stories and 94 units, this community is expected to be the gem of the rio vista neighborhood.
