an exercise of spatial maximization best defines our approach to the renovation of this quaint south beach apartment building built on the 1930’s by l. murray dixon the space was redefined to capitalize on the abundance of light which previously was obscured by a non-functional layout. white tones and patterned textures work in harmony to make the space feel ample. the unique furniture, décor and greenery designed for the interior of the space creates a unique trend for miami beach straying away from the typical ultramodern movement.
